5 OMG....just freaking Fantastic Stars!!!!!!!I started this book today and just finished it with the biggest and happiest grin on my face. When I say I couldn't put it down, I could NOT put it down!!!!!! I absolutely LOVED, ADORED, CHERISHED both Stitch and Wren, I mean whoa, these 2 characters were PERFECT. Now when I say perfect, I mean absolutely, without a doubt, flawlessly beautiful characters inside and out, just simply and amazingly PERFECT!!!!!!
Stitch's background...OMG, my heart literally hurt reading about his childhood, I wanted to reach through my Kindle and give him the biggest hug. Wren, although she had a great set of parents, she had some seriously hard years with her abusive ex along with her adorable son Wyatt and my heart broke for her and Wyatt. When the 3 of them "found" each other, it was pure MAGIC!!!!!!!
There was not one thing I didn't love about this book, this story, these characters! I can honestly see quite a few more stories in the future and I am chomping at the bit for Cotton and Cass:)
L. Wilder you truly outdid yourself with this story, absolute literary magic and heaven all rolled into a beautiful and very touching story!!!! Congrats on a Grand Slam!!!!!!!

Stitch is the enforcer of the club. He is dark and intense and will do anything he can to protect his family. When he sees Wyatt on the side of the diner, alone and scared he decides to offer him some company. I mean why is a young kid out alone this late at night. When his mother Wren runs in frantically to find him, she is taken aback by the intense biker. Having people afraid of him isn't anything new for Stitch, but the electricity between him and Wren is. Not only is she beautiful but she doesn't truly seem to be afraid of him. The journey they take together to find their own happiness is filled with twists and turns. But in the end trust and faith is what they gain.
Wow! I don't think I have ever cried while reading an MC book, but let me tell you, this one left me gutted! Stitch's background is not all rainbows and unicorns. More like HELL! His background is one that hits close to home for some. This was such an emotionally charged read for me.
The characters are well developed and there is an awesome, though heartbreaking, story line. There is no stopping once you start! You must read this book!

Leslie Wilder just helps to keep the men and women of Satan's Fury MC coming together under some extraordinary circumstances and life choices.
Stitch(Griffin) was terribly abused by his grandfather after his parent's died in a car accident. His younger sister Emerson is spared the grandfather's beatings, and for that Griffin is so grateful, but he cannot stay much longer or he knows his grandfather won't just break him, he will kill him. Griffin lived on the streets, and barely scrapped by until he met Cotton. His life changed when he became part of Satan's Fury MC. He had a family at last, "brothers" that cared about him, and had his back in any situation. While Stitch kept in touch with Emerson, he closed himself off to caring or loving a woman as he didn't feel worthy of an emotion that he never really had. That all changed with Wren.
Wren escaped an abusive husband, Michael, and protected her son Wyatt at all costs, and constantly worried about Wyatt's visitations with his father. Michael could not accept that his son had Asperger's, and he shouted at him, physically and verbally abused his 8 year old son in an effort to make him more "like every other kid".
Wyatt's first encounter with Stitch was a safe place his mother told him to go to if it got too bad with his father. Stitch saw the kid sitting alone, in the near darkness, huddled up trying to look invisible until his mother figured out where he went. He went in the diner with Stitch, and Wren was quite taken back seeing them together for the first time as if they were old buddies. The muscular, tattooed and bearded Stitch made it his mission to watch out for the little boy that was different from the rest, and then Wren too.
Stitch found himself wanting Wren, and couldn't understand why. Where Wren was attracted to Stitch also for reasons she didn't understand but couldn't ignore.
Wren falls into the club life with reservations, but not so Wyatt. Michael just continues to mistreat his wife and child, and Stitch is determined they will be his family, and no one will hurt them without consequences from him!
Their story is sweet, loving, and filled with just enough MC drama to make it a wonderful addition to the Satan's Fury MC family!
As a fan of L. Wilder since her first book, it has been a joy watching how her writing deepens with each new book. I was so excited for Maverick's story and the new series. I didn't think anything could top it in my book. I fell in love with him from day one. Stitch proved me wrong. Wren and Stitch have the perfect dynamic for being a couple to always remember. But the way that Stitch is with Wren's son and their relationship made my heart swell. There's so much about this book to love. I recommend this series highly!
